Hi! I’m Josie Ann Lee
Welcome! I'm thrilled you're here to explore how we can create positive organizations together. I was raised in my family’s country story, Hickory Market. It instilled in me a love for systems and the power of a strong community.
After graduating from The University of Michigan, I moved to Chicago to being classes at The Second City. It was there I learned a concept that changed my life: The philosophy of "Yes, And..." – the art of accepting ideas, seeing them as gifts, and building upon them.
When life took an unexpected turn with my father's passing, I returned home to help my mom run our store. That year redefined what community meant. It wasn't just a place; it thrived on kindness and genuine care for each customer. It was intentional, built on making people feel valued. It was a powerful reminder that people are the heart of any successful organization.
For the past 15 years, I've channeled these experiences into creating positive businesses built on the simple truth: everyone is someone’s most important person in the world. Now, I'm excited to share these lessons with you. Let's unlock the SUPERPOWER of SERVICE and show how it can transform your organization's health and the well-being of your people.
TESTIMONIALS
“Josie's service practices are the most thoughtful, thorough, and strategic I’ve ever encountered. Her service lens rotates 360 degrees and beyond. Her service-first approach to systems, and visioning has helped me identify ways to improve my own team’s communication and operations. I love how the idea of treating people as my most important person positively shapes my perspective on service, comprehensive business practices, and the power of people.”

Josie epitomizes expertise in service, which shines through in her business and resonates with everyone fortunate enough to collaborate with her. Josie taught me learned the profound notion that "service is a superpower. ”The Service Wrapper” elevates one's professional leadership and creates compassionate engagement with community. The inspiration I've drawn from Josie's teachings extends far beyond the professional realm; it has integrated into my personal life and interactions with the world at large. The transformative force of service has become my guiding light, and I am endlessly grateful to Josie for imparting such invaluable wisdom as my teacher, mentor, and friend.
Ashley O’Steen, Executive Assistant & Coach
For 12 years, I saw first hand Josie's unique ability to develop positive business systems inside of a business model that puts people first every time. Her ability to adapt to the needs of her team and community and find creative ways to develop a rich culture where everyone feels supported and encouraged is inspiring to both witness and be a part of. Her service voice is her north star and her powerful training means that every organization is a conversation with Josie away from a positive change.

For nearly 20 years, I've had the privilege of working with and learning from Josie, both as a colleague and under her mentorship.
My background in outside sales spans close to 15 years, granting me ample opportunities to hone my service lens. The most impactful tool I've learned from Josie and the "Service Wrapper" is the "SUPERPOWER OF THANK YOU” It is a simple but powerful phase that unlocks a wealth of positive emotions: compassion, understanding, and the willingness to invest time. The Superpower Of Service mindset has provided me clarity and direction to significantly improve the quality of service I provide to both customers and colleagues, and "THANK YOU" remains my most used and treasured tool.
