Coaching for Leaders & Teams

Every leader and every team moves through the same four zones on the way to building real service into how they operate — and you don't have to go through them alone.

You don’t need another generic leadership program. You need a partner who can see your organization clearly, tell you the truth about what’s working and what isn’t, and walk alongside you while you build something better.

Who is Coaching For?

Leaders

Teams

Managers

Founders

If you’re the one carrying the weight of figuring it all out, you don’t have to carry it alone.

Most leaders don't get stuck because they're not capable. They get stuck in the stage right before confidence, when you can see everything you haven't figured out yet, and it feels like too much to hold at once. That's exactly where coaching comes in. We don't skip that stage — we move through it together, building the structure and clarity that turn ‘I should probably figure this out’ into ‘we figured it out.

For your team, the same shift happens. When people know what's expected, feel heard, and trust the systems around them, they stop reacting to whatever's loudest that day and start leading their own piece
of the work.

What Coaching Together Looks Like

This isn’t theory pulled from a textbook. It’s eighteen years of actually running a business, a psychology degree, an improv stage, and the same frameworks that show up in my keynotes and trainings, the MIP Principle and the Service Wrapper, and we apply them directly to your team, your systems, and your next decision, together.

Where We Start: The Gap Analysis

Most engagements start here. Together, we spend two hours in a structured discovery session that gives us a clear, documented picture of where your systems are strong, where the gaps are, and what to build first. You walk away with a written report and a debrief session to turn insight into action. It works whether you’re a founder, a small business, or a nonprofit. Its real job isn’t to fix everything in one sitting, it’s to tell us exactly what you need next.

Two Paths, Depending on What You Need

For founders, coaching is built session by session around whatever actually needs attention that week, not a fixed curriculum. We figure it out together, one stretch of work at a time, and you walk away from each one with a clear review of where things stand.

For organizations, Service First Coaching is a structured, multi-session program we build together with your team, defining and developing a service voice your whole organization can use, with real-world practice and live coaching built in. It works for for-profit and nonprofit organizations alike, and it’s especially useful when something feels off but you’re not yet sure where the gaps actually are.

Ongoing Support

Alongside either path, or completely on their own, we can build in accountability coaching, one-on-one leadership coaching, and service voice coaching for leaders who want a continued partner in the work.

Let’s figure out what coaching could look like for you, together.
