My love of service started dusting shelves at my family’s store, Hickory Market. That’s where I learned the person on the other side of the counter is never just a transaction. Systems build the structure, but it’s the relationships that build the community.

Chief of Service & MIP Concierge
Before he was helping me build Josie Ann Lee, he spent twelve years serving as the “King of Awesome” at Balance Massage Therapy. As one of the founding members of our leadership team, he helped shape our service voice and put our systems into practice, not just on paper.
